McDonald's — Restaurant in Karlsruhe

Classic train station McDonald's. Always very busy, stressed workers, longer waiting times. For example today i waited 12 minutes after order was finished, but sometimes it can be around 20. Also, sometimes you have to wait to get to the machines so add another 3-5 mins. Not recommended if you're in a hurry.

The workers can be nice or cold, depending on your luck. Generally due to a lot of people, stressed and angry people the atmosphere is not so great, so I always do a takeaway.

Edit: I'm lowering the rating since the quality went even lower. I ordered Big Rösti today, instead of Rösti sauce (the cheese sauce is the best part) they gave me mayonnaise and the rosti itself was burned, almost just a coating with barely any potato filling. Also it was full of pickles which don't even go...

Everytime I visit a McDonalds out of hunger, I think to myself, "never again". We ordered a BigMac Meal, a mango chicken wrap and chicken wings. We ordered take away and didn't open the bag until we were home, only to see that there was no appetizer to the meal. We selected curly fries. Not even the normal ones were there. As for the food, it's just a bunch of salad sitting under a burger patty or chicken piece, every element is completely unseasoned. I get that the price is low and this is "fast food", but they could definitely do a little more, since this is not even the bare minimum and it's not like they are offering food for free. You see how disrespectful they are just by looking at what they serve you and the way they do it. Animals are fed...

Today I had a trouble in this restaurant. I paid in one device via card and the payment was successful, but I didn’t receive my bill. I asked one guy to help me but he just checked this device and replaced paper. He did nothing afterwards and I asked a few people to help, but nobody was interesting in resolving this problem. Then I asked one black guy to help and he helped me too much. I was hungry and had a bus in15 minutes. This guy found a person who saw my problem near the device and after he proved everything this black guy helped me. I don’t remember his name, but I would like to say thank you to him.
