There's usually an event going in, e.g. live music, Pub quiz, Karaoke and there's nearly always some sport being shown on the TVs.
The opening hours are not ideal for an after work beer as the pub only opens at 8 PM. If you go to the Pub late in the evening (especially on weekends) getting a seat might by difficult.
