VERY RUDE!!! even 1 star is too much!! the workers are very rude and impolite. I bought a coffee from their shop and had ice cream from another shop! they told me in very rude way that I am not allowed to eat the ice cream in the cafe and the manager will come and make and make a problem for them!! they dont even sell ice cream!! I said ok will finish and leave! but they kept telling me that I have to leave in very rude way!! I told them let talk to the manager! they said the manager is not in koblenz, he is in limburg!! then why are you worry !??? there is no cameras!! what is your problem!???? then they start to say "in germany!" it is not allowed to bring food from another place to any cafe or restaurant, I told them that I am in germany since 9 years and I know how is it here and what are they tell is false! then I told them that my real problem is not their stupid rule, the real problem that they are so rude!!!! they said we have a lot of work! I told her but that is not my problem! and this not allow you to be rude!!!!!! they are one of the worst places I ever been in. will Never ever be...

Interesting bakery close to the train station. The location ist really convenient with a minute walk from the station. The atmosphere is quite cozy but as others have said already. Yes, the staff is quite rude. There is this one lady that has a Bit of a tone and told me that I hadn't payed yet even though she clearly sae that I was getting my card out. Zero to No Patience but not an evil Soul. The food was average for a German bakery and very Well edible :)

Great place If your train has a delay as always. Prices are fine too. 1.4€ for a Pretzel and 4€...

1 star is too much for this place. So rude and unfriendly staff. Ok, maybe it’s really my fault that I brought ice cream to cafe and ate it there, but anyway I drunk cappuccino, and staff came to me and so impolite way said me that I need go out cuz it’s not allowed with your food.
