Anh Dao Krefeld — Restaurant in Krefeld

Die Rheinstr. entwickelt sich langsam zur internationalen Gourmet-Meile. Hier gibt es inzwischen eine ganze Reihe empfehlenswerter Restaurants. Weil "unser" asiatischer Koch schon Betriebsferien hatte, bin ich ein paar Meter weiter auf das Anh Dao gestoßen.

Und was soll ich sagen: Nach drei Löffeln Bun Bo mache ich kurz die Augen zu. Ja, so schmeckt Vietnam.

Die Shrimps-Sommerrollen mit Nußsoße und die Pho sind wie aus der Garküche. Schmeckt alles so himmlisch exotisch wie vor Ort in Hue oder Hanoi. Fehlen nur noch diese viel zu niedrigen bunten Plastikstühlchen. Aber die gibt's hier im Anh Dao nicht.

Das Anh Dao ist weit mehr als ein Asia Imbiss. Es gibt zwar alle Gerichte auch zum Mitnehmen und geliefert wird wohl auch. Es ist aber in erster Linie ein Restaurant. Und der Duft der Speisen, die freundlichen Menschen vor und hinter der Theke und die hübsche Einrichtung des Gastraums machen das Lokal zu einem fast authentischen Stück Vietnam -...
