LesCuisine - Zum neuen Bau — Restaurant in Kronberg im Taunus

Le's Cuisine is a very, very special restaurant.

Settled amidst the most German-German of mountain villages ~ Kronberg, Le's food was absolutely gourmet.

Our appetizers consisting of vegetable tempura, chicken yakitori, Japanese gyozas and egg rolls were scrumptious.

My wife Christine's salmon bowl was an artistic as well as a culinary delight.

The Pho Bo that I ordered was outstanding, especially the beef broth that is the foundation of this Vietnamese classic.

Highlighted with mounds of tender beef, this savory soup warmed my soul on a freezing afternoon.

Le ~ the owner, and his son Julio are top echelon executive chefs.

Christine and I heartily recommend Le's Cuisine to ALL Frankfurt Metro afficionados of world-class...

The food was ok. Still the German style Asian food. Nothing authentic for me. But the homemade drink was really disappointing. Just bought juice. The main entrance was under construction when I went there so we had to enter from behind. But the staff member was smoking there. Without washing hands he served. Anyway, what can you expect.

**NO card payment only cash accepted. It’s not a problem but a sign should have been put at the entrance. Then customers can decide to eat here or not. Not everyone always has cash with them nowadays. And there should not be any loud reactions when the customer showed dissatisfaction about this.

Extensive menu of Asian favourites & innovative fusion dishes. Maybe a bit too extensive? The sushi is great - as were other starters. For the main courses the seasoning was a bit bland and quality on half the dishes questionable. It may be good for them to focus on a few less dishes. Also a bit of menu photo issues - you should try to closely match what photos you have in the menu, mostly not the case. Dessert was exciting fusion touch - coconut creme brûlée. There was someone with a mushroom allergy & sadly they obviously removed these from the dish after cooking, as one was left inside. Really dangerous ⚠️ if allergic instructions are...
