El-Arabi — Restaurant in Leipzig

food (selection and quality) is okay, but I just don´t feel welcome at El-Arabi. The staff is not very friendly at all and the atmosphere is sad. It´s hard to tell, why so many people come to this place. In my opinion, the next door Döner and Pizza shop is much better (but it doesn´t look so cool and is not found on the internet) and friendly. Fehlendes Wechselgeld und das bei 21,70€ die mit 50€ bezhalt wurden. Am Ende wurden 25€ draus, leider total ungerechtfertigt. 3,30€ Trinkgeld für lange Lieferzeit und sehr schlechtes Essen.

60min Lieferzeit, war aber ok, da ich nichts anderes erwartet habe

Wir hatten: Baba Ghannough ( bitter und verbrannt, ungenießbar, ist in den Müll gewandert ), Taboule-Couscous-Salat für 6,70 in der Größe einer Untertasse (war ok) und das schlimmste war die Pizza mit Salami Öl und Sesam für 9.10€, staubtrocken. Das Essen ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen, wir waren sehr enttäuscht und fühlten uns auch auf Grund der Wechselgeldproblematik über den Tisch gezogen.

Dies ist mit Abstand die schlechteste Rezension die ich je verfasst habe, allerdings in meinen Augen...

Small glass shards in my pizza which I ordered for takeaway. Luckily I bit on them, hurting only my mouth, instead of swallowing them.

For months, I go here for pizza and this is very disappointing ... Normally everything is good, but damn this one...
