Eiscafé Minini — Restaurant in Leverkusen

The branch of the Minini ice cafe on the ground floor of the Rathaus Galerie shopping mall is a great place to take a short rest from shopping and indulge in something sinful. We were there on one busy Saturday and installed ourselves outside. The enthusiastic young waitress was quick to take our orders - I went for a hugely extravagant ice chocolate "fredo" whereas the two year old with us insisted on a small bowl of strawberry ice cream. Her mother had a coffee - a big, milky one.

As it started to rain everybody moved under the huge parasols. The place was packed outside as everyone was trying to enjoy the fresh air at the very end of summer. We couldn't get under the limited cover, however, so we finished quickly, paid up and continued inside to finalize a busy day...

Wir waren heute bei minini in wiesdorf. Wir warteten ca 3 Minuten bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Da es voll war, absolut okay. Es wurden 2x Spaghetti-Eis mit Erdbeeren bestellt für je 8,50 Euro. Das normale Spaghetti-Eis kostet 6,50 Euro. Es kam nicht wie auf dem Bild auf einem Glasteller mit einigen Erdbeeren, sondern in einer Hartplastik-Schale (vergleichbar mit dem Hartplastik Kindergeschirr) mit sage und Schreibe 6 dünnen Erdbeerscheiben. Man sah deutlich, dass es sich um maximal 2 aufgeschnitte Erdbeeren handeln konnte. 2 Euro Aufpreis für 2 in Scheiben geschnittene Erdbeeren? Andere Eiscafes nehmen diese Anzahl als reine Deko. Der Kellnerin die abkassierte, wurde das auch so mitgeteilt (auch wenn sie nicht gefragt hat, ob alles in Ordnung war). Sie sagte nur 3x ich verstehe und 1x ja, waren klein und nur 6 Scheiben. Keine weitere Erklärung oder Entschuldigung. Ebenfalls machte am Nachbartisch ein Mitarbeiter Pause, der in hoher Lautstärke sich Videos anschaute. Das Eis hat trotzdem ganz gut geschmeckt. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Wir werden jetzt definitiv andere...

One of our favorite Café's in Leverkusen!!ice creams here are just so good.You and your family or friends can also have a brunch here.They do need some small changes on the table and chairs. Never come here on peak hours at weekend,you will have a problem looking for seat. Thank you...
