New favorite spot!! The pancakes are like little fluffy bites of heaven, the Creme brûlée sauce is amazing and has a bit of a crisp brown sugar topping, the egg drop sandwiches are delicious, I think my favorite part is the brioche bread, the side salad it comes with is delicious too, the salad dressing is AMAZING, possibly a type of honey mustard? And the honey yuzu lemonade is out of this world WOW!! Dare I say it tastes even better than the version at cafe k*tsune in Paris?! The smoothies are also amazing, I’ve tried 2 out of the 3 and they’re actually made with real fruit!! My husband is super picky about his coffee (it’s his hobby) and he was so impressed. I’m not that into coffee and even I loved it!! They also have beautiful French pastries which are not only pretty but taste good too. Needless to say this cafe is my new obsession and my husband and I have come here multiple times since it opened to try the entire menu. Everything tastes amazing and has been made with love and care. The design of the cafe is immaculate, it feels like you’re in a French cafe. The owner is so friendly and sweet, I’m so happy that they’re in Ludwigsburg and we are looking forward to spending more time here!!...

At first we thought that we missed something, but after checking the menu again (we weren't given a receipt by default) and asking the staff for a receipt, the staff said that they understood what was going on, apologized and made the correct bill a second time. It was a bit unpleasant; Not sure that anyone would have refunded anything to us if we had just silently left the cafe, but it's good that everything...
Read moreTight and cozy! Since there was a lack of space inside, I decided to look for a different cafe. After 10 minutes of strolling around, I figured I’d be better off sitting outside than trying any other cafe nearby, haha.
The service was very quick, and the food was delicious. Just before I could take a bite, they called me inside for a table that had become available. Inside, I met the owner, Eric—great guy working hard to deliver the best experience. I loved the coconut bowl, as well as the soft, warm pancakes.
I’m from the Netherlands and was in the area for work. Now, Café Soufflé is saved under my favorites, and I can’t...
