Their Pho soup was rich in flavor, hitting just the right salty and sour notes. It was comforting and the fresh herbs and chills gave it the right amount of kick. The only critique would be that the beef meatballs were rather though and chewy. Here lies room for improvement.

Ich bin froh, dass man endlich in Mülheim-Stadtmitte gute vietnamesische Gerichte essen kann.

Ich hatte bisher Bun Bo, Pho Spezial, Pho Ga, Sommerrollen und den fantastischen Mangosalat.

Das Sushi kann ich noch nicht gut beurteilen, weil ich zu wenig probiert habe. Unagi Nigiris und Lachs Makis waren aber auf einem sehr hohen Niveau.

Jedes Essen hat mich bisher überzeugt. Es war frisch, authentisch und es war bezahlbar. Die Portionsgröße ist zudem vernünftig. Nur das Fischsaucen-Dressing finde ich zu lasch. Hier darf es ruhig mehr Fischsauce sein. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

Die hausgemachten Getränke fand ich sehr lecker. Da steckt viel Handarbeit drin. Deswegen empfinde ich den vermeintlich hohen Preis für ein Getränk am Ende doch angemessen. Der kalte vietnamesische Kaffee war schön stark und perfekt gesüßt.

Das Interieur des Ladens ist sehr schön geworden und man kann dort eine Weile verweilen. Die ausgewählte Musik ist nicht aufdringlich und lässt noch Konversationen zu.

Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben am Ende eine tolle Nachspeise geschenkt bekommen. Das war ein runder Abschluss.

Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und freue mich sehr, dass Mülheim um ein gutes Restaurant reicher geworden ist.
