Pizzeria Da Rosario — Restaurant in Mülheim an der Ruhr

I visited your pizzeria only a few times 3 years ago, when I came from Moscow to Mühlheim and Duisburg to see my favourite band. And I accidentally discovered this place: a very friendly family restaurant, a real "little Italy". I liked the atmosphere and the food sooo much. On my first day here, Germany was playing against Sweden in the World Cup, Germany won, and there was a fun crazy street celebration in the city. I celebrated the victory with a great piece of tasty pizza. It's been 3 years, but I still compare each new pizzeria with yours, because the "Da Rosario level" is my own standard of quality. I'll be honest: I haven't found anything better than Da Rosario. I hope all of you are fine & the restaurant survived the worldwide pandemic madness. Heute bei Pizzeria DaRosario bestellt, weil diese ja die Umfrage und den Test gewonnen hat. (Radio Mülheim, 2/2020) Telefonischer Kontakt war nett und freundlich. Zum Essen: Bestellt wurde eine Pizza und 2x Pasta; ist dies kein original italienischer Pizzateig, dieser wird nämlich ohne Hartweizen-/Maisgrieß hergestellt. Das ist nun die zweite Pizzeria in Mülheim nach Pizzeria DaGina, die den Teig mit Grieß verunstaltet. Warum das gemacht wird ist klar. Grieß soll die Pizza bissfester machen. Grieß macht die Pizza aber nur labriger. In einen ital. Pizzateig gehört Mehl Typ 00, Hefe, Wasser, Salz und Öl. Sonst NICHTS. Die Gnocchi schwammen leider in Fett, und ich rede nicht von ein wenig Fett, sondern von mehreren Esslöffeln, die man daraus nehmen konnte bzw. musste. Die Tris al Forno Nudeln mit Hackfleischsauce waren so ganz ohne Geschmack. Zumindest waren sie ohne Fett ^^ Es fehlte Salz/Pfeffer, ital. Kräuter. Einfach nur Fad. Für uns einfach nur enttäuschend! Wer mal richtigen Pizzateig essen will geht mal ins Mezzomar, denn trotz das dies eine Kette ist, machen die einen wirkich echten originalen Pizzateig OHNE Hartweizen-/Maisgrieß. Hier bei DaRosario gibt es leider nur 1 von 5 Punkten weil die angekündigte Lieferzeit eingehalten wurde und der telefonische Kontakt nett war. Das wars dann aber auch schon. Wir sind enttäuscht.

Nachtrag auf die Antwort des Besitzers: Wie das Kind heißt ist egal, denn Semolina ist italienisch für Grieß. Grieß hat aber weder auf noch in einer Pizza (in einem Pizzateig) etwas zu suchen. Wir werden jedenfalls hier nicht mehr bestellen. Ist ja nicht schlimm, Ihr seid in Mülheim von Radio Mülheim ausgezeichnet worden und genug gute Bewertungen geben euch Recht.
