The water got disconnected from the room for almost one day without any notification or apologies from the Hotel. And when the water came back it was brown with rust and small debris. The room was very cold and the heating system was not working when we asked they brought us small electrical movable heaters with a broken base so u need to carry the thing every time inside the room. The windows were leaking air. The door access card had to be reprogrammed 6 times in 8 days. So when u reach the room we had to go down to the reception in a queue to ask the receptionist to reprogram and the receptionist has to make sure each time that u are the real occupant of the room by asking you for ur identity.
