They also have a fantastic selection of pastries and light bites; I couldn’t resist trying [specific pastry], which paired wonderfully with my coffee.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, eager to recommend their favorites and ensure a great experience. It’s evident that they are passionate about what they do.

Produkte gut bis sehr gut, Preise.. kein Schnäppchen. Personal leider in der Regel unterdurchschnittlich bis mies.

Meine vergangenen, aber vor allem mein heutiges "Einkaufserlebnis" bringen mich daher dazu, mal eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen: Ich war die einzige Kundin im Geschäft bereits bei Betreten des Geschäfts. Aus dem - offenbar - Aufenthaltsraum für das Verkaufspersonal tönte bereits irgendeine Sendung(Youtube, anderes Streaming, jedenfalls Video.. you name it), die scheinbar auch per Beamer auf die Wand/den Schrank geworfen und auch nicht mal pausiert wurde, als man dann mal bemerkte, dass wohl Kundschaft das Geschäft betreten hat. Eine äußerst unmotivierte, in keinem Funken gut gelaunte, weder von Mimik, Gestik oder Stimme willkommende Stimmung verbreitende und zusätzlich im Schneckentempo "arbeitende" Mitarbeiterin bediente mich. Die erworbene Ware wurde an der Seite des Übergabetresens an der Kante bei der Verkäuferin abgestellt und stehen gelassen - meine Arme sind lang genug, dass ich es mir dann greifen konnte. Die Bedienung kam nicht auf die Idee es zumindest mittig hinzustellen oder nach Bezahlung in meine Richtung zu schieben. Sie stand auch schon gar nicht mehr da. Ein Lächeln gab es ohnehin weder seit erstem Sehen noch zur Verabschiedung.

Es tut mir sehr leid für die Bäckerei, da solches Verhalten des Personals einfach nur geschäftsschädigend ist. Es trägt definitiv nicht dazu bei, dass ich hier künftig öfter sondern eher noch viel seltener einkaufen und es auch nicht weiterempfehlen werde. Auf die Idee dort vor Ort ein Heiß-/Kaltgetränk und etwas zu Essen zu mir zu nehmen, würde ich trotz der schönen Einrichtung bei derartigem Verhalten des Personals...

I was very pleased with my trip to this bakery. I am not originally from Munich and only stoped by for a coffe but the personel was so fiendly and welcoming I will sureley visit again. The price is the same compared to other places I visited during my trip with my family in Munchen but the quality is far higher. I don't know much about German bakery 🙈🙈🙈 but the staff offered to present me what is in the menu and I particulary enjoied theire hot flaverful coffe served with a pretzel. The best! An absolute must-see if you ever...
