Ordered 'cold brew vanilla latte' and received warm macchiato with a shot of vanilla syrup. Glass is warm and is not at all 'cold brew'. Tried asking the staff then he proceeded to take my coffee back, then took other people's orders, completely ignoring me. What an experience :)
Edit: The price of the L 'cold brew vanilla latte' and L 'vanilla macchiato' were the same, both costed 5€. On the screen at the cashier, the server already put in 'vanilla macchiato' in my order. I tried asking, "Cold brew, right?" and he answered, "Yes, with vanilla."
I was already doubtful when he turned on the big cafe machine on the counter. The lady behind me also ordered a macchiato and he prepared the lady's order first before preparing mine :)
He then gave me the macchiato, and I said 'With ice right? Cold brew?' which he replied that they didn't have ice, opened a shelf door behind the counter, looked at me annoyedly. He took my coffee back and put it behind the counter, where I couldn't reach it, and then walked back to the cashier to serve other customers.
When he was preparing coffee for other customers a while later, my friend pointed at the coffee and said, "For her (me)?" He shrugged and said, "Yes."

WiFi is limited to two hours only AND works in the area in the front only where Wifi quality is very poor, when it disconnects you won't even get those two hours! No wifi connection in half the place, the area in the back is outside WiFi coverage.
Not all Staff Wash hands before preparing food. I saw one pick a Törtchen for a client with his bare hands right after stacking the dirty dishes in the washing machine.
