We had made a reservation for an outdoor table a couple of days in advance, taking into consideration the ongoing pandemic situation. The restaurant had confirmed our request, but upon our arrival, both the waitstaff and restaurant management denied our request to be seated outdoors, despite the outdoor area being fully prepared. They informed us that service was only available indoors that day. We had clearly expressed our concerns regarding COVID-19 and our preference for outdoor seating, a request that had been confirmed by the restaurant in advance. However, the management, in a rather discourteous manner, asserted, "This is how it is; if you don't like it, you are welcome to go elsewhere."

In light of our genuine health concerns, we decided to cancel our plans for that day. Consequently, I reluctantly assigned a one-star rating to our dining experience, primarily due to the restaurant's unprofessional handling of the situation and their disregard for the conditions we had explicitly communicated during the booking process.

Subsequently, I noticed that the restaurant management had filed a complaint in an attempt to have our one-star review removed from their review section. This compelled me to provide this additional clarification for anyone considering dining at this establishment. It is important to be aware that they may encounter similar unprofessional conduct and face the possibility of being silenced. Some things were great, some weren't... Mixed feelings! I usually order online and always satisfied. Today we decided to sit in the restaurant itself. I'll start by saying that the main courses were delicious, but, and there are a few, the main courses were too small, especially if I compare it to a delivery, the service was kind of odd, our sauces from the papadam were taking while I'm literally eating them(??), a pillow of one of our chairs, where we had a bag was just taken all of a sudden (with other pillows around), already preparing to close the place at 20:00? The deserts were just terrible, the ice cream with mango sauce had a horrible savory taste (perhaps made in a dish with other food?). I would probably not come back, but continue to order as a delivery... What a...
