Le Burger München Olympia-Einkaufszentrum — Restaurant in Munich

We recently visited the restaurant and want to start by saying that the food was really good – well-prepared and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly affected by the attitude of the staff.

There were two employees working that evening, and we found both to be unfriendly, but especially the young man, who was extremely unprofessional. When my husband pointed to order a Coke Zero for me, I was given the wrong drink. When I politely mentioned this, I was met with irritation and a rude attitude. He insisted that he saw my husband point to the drink he had served, but instead of handling the situation calmly and correcting the mistake, he became defensive and unpleasant.

We were genuinely surprised by this behavior. Regardless of whether there was a misunderstanding or not, we believe that anyone working in customer service should handle these situations with respect, kindness, and a willingness to solve the problem – especially when it’s something as simple as bringing the correct drink.

Le Burger, another Burger Restaurant. French is only the name and the brioche. Ordered two patty, fried egg, pickled red onion and considering the prices I was worried it will be too much. Had to realise, only the prices are oversized. Patties were greasy, egg was ok, protein bun was nice…

Long story short, would I come again? Only if desperate hungry as today. Would I spend the money again? Certainly not!

Service was mediocre and unmotivated. Had to insist to get the soggy table wiped.

Not sure what you benchmark with but be it Shake Shack, GBK Gourmet Burger Kitchen or local Hans im Glück, way to go!

The restaurant and staff are nice, but the food and drinks were HORRIBLE! I ate a burger that had way more sugar than any dessert I've had in the last two months. The combination of sugar in the salad, meat and the sugary mayo was just disgusting in taste. One of my companions bought an ice cream shake. This was even more sugary, so it wasn't enjoyable at all, even though my companion likes sweets. My coffee also tasted bad. No wonder, because it was made with instant powder and hot water and not with a coffee machine. I will never visit this place again, it was a very bad experience, despite the service...
