PETER PANE Burgergrill & Bar — Restaurant in Munich

Sorry after my third visit I had to come again change my stars and I want to say now I completely don’t agree with what I wrote before, quality has degraded like anything. When I asked for a burger without the bread the burger came with some lettuce scattered over it, no dressing. The same drinks are no more the same. Very very dissatisfied.

They have recently opened their service in Pasing, since last two days and I could not be more excited. Definitely a place to be with friends and weekends. They are already gathering a lot of crowd so going forward I recommend booking for weekends. Very nice decor and good food. Drinks are just fabulous as well. This is a burger place so of course you have a buzzing environment. You have a lot of options to for your burgers and your drinks. As for side you can definitely go to salads, nachos or fries. I went for the sweet potato fries but their salads as well looked great. I always prefer my burger meat to be fully cooked as it’s mince meat I had no problem with the burger temperatures. Keeping in mind the restaurant is very new, servers are as well new but I am sure service will pick up in no time. Overall great food, accompanied by lovely vibes and to top it up excellent service. Peter Pane is a well-known burger chain, and their restaurants are undeniably inviting. The warm wooden interiors, natural tones, and pops of greenery create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Their burger menu is extensive, catering to all preferences, including vegetarian and vegan options. The burgers themselves were tasty and well-prepared, showcasing good quality. However, the pricing feels steep for what you get. Burgers are on the smaller side and don’t include sides, which makes the cost harder to justify. For example, we ordered an additional mushroom topping for 1.50€ and received what amounted to one sliced champignon - a bit disappointing.

Service was friendly, but the kitchen was quite slow. Despite the restaurant being only about 10% full on a Saturday, it took 30 minutes for our burgers to arrive.

Ordered twice now. The first time the food was cold when it was delivered and the second time the delivery was more than 60 minutes delayed even though I pre-ordered it for a later point in time. After calling 14(!!!) times I finally got through and was informed that the order would go out soon and that we would get a few desserts as compensation. When it arrived, not only was there no dessert, most of our sides were also missing and the food was almost cold. When I called again I was assured that I would receive vouchers as compensation and guess what, I didn't get those either. Terrible service, in my personal opinion also almost criminal since I didn't get what I paid for. As a suggestion: If you can't handle the order volume, don't take as many orders or at least inform the customer in such a case.
