I’ve bought from here multiple times but this time the worker was extremely rude, i insisted i didn’t have a card but they rudely told me to go to the machine. 3 people after me also bought their food and left, i wasted 20 minutes standing. He finally asked me for my order, i said it, he ignored me and went on working for 5 minutes again. I had to say excuse me 3 times until he answered annoyedly saying ‘just give me a minute just give me a minute’, he finally turned, i repeated, specifically saying no beef, but he added beef, i pointed it out and he said that i should have told him at the counter (which i did, twice). He tossed it aside and went on ranting, he packed another with barely any cheese sauce threw 4 small pieces of jalapeno in and closed the box, not even closing the paper bag and tossing jt on the counter like i am some beggar. I would give negative rating if possible. Never going back. Shame on...

I ordered sweet potatoes and burgers through the application, paid, took it myself and I went home.

What a disappointment, when at home I found that instead of sweet potatoes they put regular french fries! Although it is cheaper by 1.3 €! It was very frustrating, because I specially went to them for sweet potatoes!

Schade, schade - hier gab‘s mal gute Currywurst… Meine Frau ist Berlinerin und weiß, wie eine gute Currywurst schmecken muss. Wie in Berlin, dem Geburtsort der Currywurst, traditionell üblich, versuchten wir bei einem Besuch nach längerer Abwesenheit, eine Currywurst mit Semmel/Brötchen zu bekommen. Nachdem dieses Traditionsgericht am digitalen Bestellautomaten nicht zu ordern war, probierten wir es beim Mann an der Theke. Der verstand uns zunächst nicht; als wir die Sprachbarriere, die zwischen uns gestanden hatte, halbwegs überwunden hatten, war seine Antwort: „Geht nicht!“. Man könne nur ein Currywurst-Hotdog (Currywurst in der aufgeschnittenen Semmel bestellen… aha. Das tat meine Gattin dann auch. Ich bestellte eine Currywurst mit Pommes. Das Resultat: geschmacksarme Currywurst (geschnittene Bockwurst von minderer Qualität), Pommes ohne jeden Eigengeschmack (auch durch vermehrte Beigabe von Speisesalz nicht zu retten), SB-Soßenauswahl vielseitig, Präsentation und Bereitstellung von Soßen und Zubehör (Servietten, Soßenschälchen, Einweggabeln) irritativ, chaotisch und wenig hygienisch.
