I WILL NEVER GO BACK. As a tourist who visited over 15 different countries in three different continent, I had the worst dining experience ever in my life. They do not speak English, therefore I struggled communicating with them. However, at the very least, I’m still a customer. I was treated like someone who has to beg to bring out a food. I was in Munich for business reasons, and one night I found this Italian restaurant, and it was a pleasure to me discover an environment where I could enjoy and relax in front of a good bier. Took more than 20 minutes just to give us menu and it took about 1 hour until we received the food. A very rude waitress lady had an attitude from the start. She refused to respond to our question about a parking lot. A gentleman wasn’t helpful either as he said he doesn’t speak English. We ordered Coca-cola zero but gave us Coca-cola light.
