Restaurant Shan India — Restaurant in Munich

I’ve been waiting for 2,5 hours now to receive my food - called repeatedly and nobody picks up. Tbh, I think they just ignore calls. This happened to me before already once, but I thought I would give them another chance - that time the food arrived after approx. 2 hours later. But the food itself was fine. Not the best Indian food I’ve ever had, but not too bad either.

However, after my experience today, I will never order there again, because this is just annoying and they obviously don’t care about their customers. Will update in case the food still arrives - if there isn’t any update from my side, then you sure know that...

In my family,my grandfather used to smoke a lot.my mom used to scold her and one day she said to my grandfather,if you smoke like this you will not get chance to see your grandson graduation.listening to this my grandfather was in full tears then he quit smoking but anyhow he died of cancer. on the 13th day of my grandfather death my mother told me "dont ever let your family be in tears like your grandfather did".That day i promised myself that i will not smoke. But today i regret of not smoking because i ordered food from your restaurant and when i ate it anyhow your restaurant food gave me cancer. worst food...

Extremely bad behavior with customers.... Specifically with Indians. Never ever go there.

At first we thought it is because of her bad mood. But we went there for a second time also and nothing changed. This was non tolerant when I went with my non-indian friends for the third time (just because it was near to my stay).

I cannot tolerate this.

My foreign friend had to say-"Is this the indian way to treat?"

Completely Shameful...

Update: we just had a wonderful dinner at "Ashoka Fine Indian Cuisine" which is 1000 times better...
