Rischart in den Riem Arcaden — Restaurant in Munich

The food is ok, but the service today was terrible. I came with my kid to have an espresso, prezels and some water. The sever packed everything to-go, my son sat down on one of the empty self-service tables. Only one or two other tables were taken. The moment I wanted to take a seat the server yelled over the counter that I can't drink my espresso there as I have a to-go cup. I stood up, emptied the up standing and sat down again. After my son started eating she again yelled over the counter that I can't eat there either as I have to-go food. At that moment I hat enough and left, she continued yelling that I would have need to pay extra to sit as the dine in prices were different.

Even if that tax regulation would be the case and the price acually is different I never got asked if I want to dine in or need the order to-go. The attitude of the server was disrespectful, my son was in shock asking me why the woman was so mean and I gave no reason at all to be...

On Monday 25/08 at 9 am we are a family went to the cafe ... for breakfast ... we ordered and paid for the orders at the table, knowing that it is more expensive than the takeaway order ... then we needed to order a cappuccino and we would like to take it with us on the way ... (the employee refused to give us the cappuccino cup) ... and she told us that we cannot sit at the table knowing that our main order was at the table !!! This is extremely disgusting ... we are free to sit at the table to eat our food or take it outside .... you cannot dictate wrong rules that we have not seen...
