If I could give zero stars, I would. Here’s the full story so you know what you’re walking into.
I ordered from this Subway during a “buy 1 get 1 free” offer. I made sure to add a clear note in my order about the free sandwich so it wouldn’t be forgotten, plus I ordered a second, different sandwich. Order arrived 30 minutes later — only 2 sandwiches total (one missing). The ones I did get were terrible: cold, sloppy, and clearly end-of-day leftovers thrown into bread.
Called immediately at 22:00 — no answer because they’d already closed. The next day, I called around since Munich has many Subways. Two different employees from this branch denied receiving any order after 21:00. When I checked the Deliveroo receipt, it was indeed THIS store’s address. I drove there in person.
First reaction from the cashier: “If you didn’t like what you got, I can’t do anything.”. For the missing sandwich, he tried to push the blame on Deliveroo, saying I must have entered the order wrong (I didn’t). Only when the manager intervened after I explicitly asked to talk to him, did they agree to make the missing sandwich — with the manager dismissively saying he had “more important problems” than one customer’s complaint and sandwish.
While preparing the sandwich, the cashier still made snide remarks telling me to “check the app next time,” implying it was my fault. I had to put him back in his place telling him, in front of other customers, that the real issue was them taking people’s money, lying on the phone, and refusing to take responsibility for their mistake.

Now most of the time I visited staff were there at counter. Previously the edenred card wasnt working and when I try to scan the points they said its added. And once I check the App its not added. They saying we don't know. Now edenred card working and points are added during scan. Just one star less, as I look forward to see if these improvements...

I had ordered chicken salad and the quantity that was served was too little (1/3rd portion of the salad box). I have been to the same place before and it was not the same. When I questioned the guy , he just threw a hand full of lettuce and asked me to go away.
