TOSTO Italian Cafe & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Munich

DON'T GO HERE! They write a price on the menu and when you want to pay, they tell you that the menu is old and it was a different price written on the board outside (and even from the prices written there they take the highest possibility). When you say them that it's not okay they tell you that it's not much money and want you to just pay it... More weird stuff happened like the salad is really really small and the Apfelschorle barely contains juice so don't be tempted by the low prices - they charge you extra. May you experience that this is not the way to treat customers, arrogant...

Na ja bin vorbei gelaufen und dachte mir, Pizza sieht lecker aus. War sie auch, aber gerade als mir der laden angefangen hat zu gefallen wollten die Kellner doppelt von mir kassieren. Ich verstehe ein wenig italienisch und ich habe meine beiden Stücke Pizza für 8 Euro sofort nach der Bestellung bezahlt. Nachdem ich noch warten musste hab ich mich ins "Restaurant" gesetzt und noch einen sambucca bestellt. Den ich auch gleich bezahlt habe! Am Ende nachdem ich meine 2 Stücke Pizza gegessen hatte hab ich nen Espresso Macciato bestellt und bezahlt. Bis dahin war alles gut. Als ich den Imbiss (mehr ist es einfach nicht) verlassen wollte wurde ich aufgefordert meine Pizzastücke zu bezahlen. Ich wendete mich an den dem ich sie bezahlt hatte, nur der schüttelte seinen Kopf und wollte somit sagen dass ich wohl nicht bezahlt hatte. Wohlgemerkt dass ich ja drei mal bezahlte und jedes mal auch noch Trinkgeld gegeben habe. Nachdem ich dann allen Beteiligten sagte dass ich ja acht Euro bezahlt hatte kamen sie mit einer faden Entschuldigung. Ich betone dass ich etwas italienisch spreche und ich gehört habe wie einer zum anderen sagte dass ich ja betrunken sei, und das noch bevor ich den sambucca bestellt hatte. Fazit schlechter laden mit Betrügern die einen auf netten Kellner machen. Und nebenbei bemerkt ich bin selbst Kellner. Wäre ich nur zum Subway nebenan gegangen wie es mein...

It's a very convenient place to just grab a slice or two of fresh and hot pizzas to go. They don't skimp out on toppings, reheat the slices for you if you just want to grab one or can quickly (10-15 minutes) bake you an entire pizza.
