Meine Erfahrung war sehr schlecht. Begrüßt wird man von einem Schild, welches eine Praxis beschreibt, die mittlerweile abmahnbar ist (für gängige Zahlarten dürfen keine Gebühren erhoben werden). Obwohl 3 Mitarbeiter anwesend waren und es keine Schlange gab, musste ich erstmal 5 Minuten warten. Danach hat die einzige Mitarbeiterin erstmal angefangen die 3 Lieferando-Bestellungen abzuarbeiten (nochmal: es waren insgesamt 3 Mitarbeiter im Laden!). Als ich fragte wie lang es dauert... "nur ein paar Minuten" - keine Anstände die Kollegen hinzuzuholen. Als ich sagte, "Danke, passt schon" und gehen wollte wurde mir nur unfreundlich "Welches Brot" zugerufen. Ich bin gegangen.

The sandwich maker making the customer in front of me's sandwich was incredibly rude to him. And once they were done with my sandwich, they went outside and had a smoke right next to the open door, so that it all wafted in. So I was rather unimpressed by the staff. Food was okay, though. Standard...

Sadly they didn't have a good choice of bread and cookies anymore. The sandwich was good eventhough some of my instructions were missed. The place wasn't really clean as tables had leftover food on them.

All in all it may be a better option for takeaway...

Respect for the lady working there alone on Sunday evening. Despite the heavy traffic and working solo, she approaches customers warmly and works with dedication. However, I suggest that the establishment consider hiring an additional person to make her...
