BaTu — Restaurant in Nördlingen

Worst experience of all. The male short waiter kept tooooooo close to me that made me so uncomfortable even if I showed disgusting face. I’d call it sexual harassment. Dare him do the same thing to white girl???And later my friend’s food came after 30 minutes, i still didn’t get mine. Then I asked the female waitress then she told me it was not ordered?!!? The male waiter didn’t even apologize, don’t know what kinda education he has!!!Disgusting!!!! Thanks to home I had to rush to train station within 9min after dinner!!! Ruined my day!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, the tomyung soup is toooo salty.

Also, we wanted to sit outside, he lied about it needs reservation. So he could harass me without other guests notice!🤮

MUST VISIT!!

We did not plan our visit, we walked past and decided to give it a try… we were absolutely blown away by the service and most importantly the food! Everything we tried was incredibly delicious. The staff were so helpful and the most lovely people!!

We tried Veggie Mandu to start and the peanut sauce with chicken for our main and I cannot recommend both of these enough. The dumplings are so full of flavor and the peanut sauce was out of this world, so creamy and again had so flavor with lovely fresh vegetables!

I also tried my first Vietnamese coffee, WOW… I have been missing out, it is the perfect balance of bitter and sweet!

Again, if you are planning a visit make sure you come here!!!!!

Yesterday I went to Batu with my daughter, and the experience was simply incredible. In fact, I went there two days in a row because the food was just that amazing. Every dish we had was full of flavor and beautifully prepared.

What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. On both days, we were served by a young gentleman named Long. Even though the restaurant was very busy, he remained calm, attentive, and always kind. It’s rare to see such professionalism combined with genuine friendliness.

Overall, Batu is a fantastic restaurant with outstanding food and excellent service. I can’t recommend it...
