Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde vom Café Ernst. Hauptsächlich auf der Frankfurter Str. in Neu-Isenburg, da diese Filiale sich auf meinem Weg zur Arbeit befindet. Je nachdem wer gerade bedient, wird man mal freundlicher, mal weniger freundlich bedient. Was jedoch konstant gut war, ist die Qualität. Diese hat in letzter Zeit spürbar nachgelassen. Nun hatte ich sogar eine Raupe im Brötchen, die ich glücklicherweise noch bemerkt habe. Unappetitlich war es trotzdem. Natürlich kann das mal passieren, sollte aber nicht. Durch gründliches Waschen vom Salat hätte das sicherlich verhindert werden können. Dies habe ich dem Café Ernst auch per E-Mail mitgeteilt, worauf es (nach nun fast einer Woche) leider nicht mal eine Reaktion gab. Schade.

Caffè situato a pochi passi dal centro di Neu-Isenburg, dov'è possibile gustare svariate tipologie di prodotti, personalmente ho trovato interessante la combo torta più caffè che con meno di €5 ti consente di poterti rilassare e gustare qualche dolce tipico tedesco in pace sorseggiando anche un caffè. Per quanto mi riguarda il caffè non è stato di mio gradimento ( de gustibus) Mentre la torta ( non ricordo il nome) con quark e albicocche l'ho trovata abbastanza buona. La colazione invece era ottima, l'ho trovata migliore rispetto ad altre Bakery (non era per niente secca o asciutta) Ottimo il cappuccino. I prezzi anche se leggermente alti sono tutto sommato nella media.

Update: Die marktfrischen Pfefferbrötchen sind ein Traum, ebenso die Laugencroissants. Super Brötchen und Kreppel - kommen sonntags extra aus Frankfurt. M. E. im Vergleich die besten und originellsten Kreppel/Berliner im Rhein-Main-Gebiet!!! Aktuell ca 12 Sorten und Qualität, Optik und Füllung überzeugen. Ganz besonders gute Sorten: Pflaumenmuß, Nougat, Bienenstich(!!! - s.Bilder), ohne Füllung, Germknödel(!), Erdbeer-Champagner und Schwarzwälder-Kirsch.

Delicious pastries served with coffee at Ernst is something one should not miss. The cafe has a special breakfast on offer which I'd definitely try the next time I'm there. Prices are slightly on the higher side but considering its a really nice id be willing to shell out a few bucks more than eat at another...

Great wee bakery. We stopped for breakfast and there was a wide selection of fresh pastries and filled rolls. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had a large coffee and a proper cup of tea (there was a choice and I had Assam). Definitely...
