Huy Sushi & Wok — Restaurant in Nuremberg

We had early dinner here. The Peking soup was sweet like a dessert and tasted like ketchup with chili, the bowl was only half filled and boiling hot from the microwave.

Sushi had bad slimy rice with something that tasted fishy inside but was no cut tuna fish. Maybe they use canned tuna and smear it on the rice. Tasted awful.

The fried noodles tasted like nothing. We added several spoons of chilli sauce and now it was fine to eat. At least the Chili sauce was good.

Overall very disappointing. I asked the waiter (or owner) about the soup and he just said it’s a matter of taste. Many customers love it. After 5 minutes he came back and said OK maybe a bit too sweet. No comment. The soup is from a can, probably they add sugar and even charge for this disgusting stuff.

Also the soy sauce bottles on the table were dirty and probably never cleaned with clogged old soy and dirt on the bottle opening.

Pls avoid and go...

Went there and mentioned twice we had a Schlemmerblock Coupon...at the end, the man didn't want to take it, since the coupon is not valid for sushi. After long arguing and not understand his point he offered a 6 € discount.

He said he forgot we mentioned the coupon, that he was very busy taking orders and cooking and everything.... when there was only one couple more in the restaurant.. and * once again* that sushi is not included in the offer.

The sushi itself for the price, not acceptable: you could feel the fish still a bit frozen.

Don't go to a Sushi restaurant with a 2x1 coupon, when sushi is not part...

Seid 14 Jahren immer ein Erlebnis ! Beste Entengerichte asiatischer Art in Nürnberg ! Unbedingt probieren ! Lecker und kross und weitgehend ohne Flachsen , Gemüse immer gut gewürzt! Portion wirklich sattmachend und Preislich sucht man das woanders in entsprechender Qualität sowieso vergebens! Die Speise und Getränke -Karte ist sehr vielseitig und in Deutscher Sprache, ohne eines einzigen Rechtschreibfehlers , bekommt man in anderen Restaurants nicht immer zu lesen ! Der Betreiber kocht hier selbst ! Bedienung und Koch variieren lediglich durch seine Ehefrau ! Die Freundlichkeit ist immer korrekt , jedoch hier eine kleine Anmerkung zu einer nicht zufriedenen Kundin, welche hier eine Bewertung abgab : Nicht jeder Tag ist gleich und manchmal hat man mal einen schlechten Tag und kann ev. auch Fehler machen und ist vielleicht nicht ganz so freundlich und hat dann Stress ?! Glückwunsch der Negativschreiberin, offensichtlich kennt Sie so was nicht und hat deshalb auch keine Menschliche Schwächen! Huy ist immer ein Besuch wert und immer bemüht es Geschmacklich einem Recht zu machen ! Sauberkeit inklusive ! Demnächst werde Ich auch mal das Sushi versuchen ! Nur schade das er keinen Garten hat, dann wäre es Wirklich perfekt ! Aber hier zählt der Geschmack beim Essen ! Ich freue mich schon aufs...
