Brasserie beau d'eau - Offenbach am Main — Restaurant in Offenbach am Main

This is our first time in Frankfurt/Offenbach area and the Brasserie beau d'eau was where we chose to have our first meal. We came here around 8 pm or so. It definitely gives off local vibes. Our family chose to eat all of our meals at local/neighborhood restaurants and the Brasserie beau d'eau did not disappoint with its tasty homemade food options. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Sinam (sp). He was busy, but he took the time to seat us and even asked if we'd like an English menu (since we spoke in English). I was excited to see they had a separate English menu for us to read, rather than having us struggle with Google translate.

My family of 4 all ordered different options and man, everything was mouth wateringly delicious!! From the turkey steak, pasta, spicy fried rice, and the chicken burger...wow! We were full, but squeezed in a slice of cheesecake, too.

The best part of any dining experience is usually the top notch service you receive, and our experience at the Brasserie was enhanced by Sinam. He was very attentive and engaging, picking up on all the cues of things we'd need, and giving us very helpful suggestions with a friendly and happy demeanor.

If you're in the area and not eating here, you're missing out on a gem!

The restaurant is located in a great location It was my first time there. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come and just have a look at me I took the menu by myself since no one bothered I went inside and interrupted the staff busy chitchatting and told them if they can serve me? Then a lady came and took my order I ordered for steak “WELL DONE” I received uncooked meat after a very long wait. I thought they forgot my order It was during the afternoon when it was not so busy. Only 2-3 tables were occupied It was my first meal of the day, totally ruined It seemed as if the staff didn’t like me, they didn’t want to serve me Every time she came to serve or to clean, she’ll make faces and roll her eyes. We have been eating in this restaurant for 5 years now. I honestly can say that it is a very, very low chance that what you ordered would not taste good. They have local food, meat, steak, vegetarian.. Most of the meat dishes come with salad. The portions are big. And the price is reasonable. Nice and friendly staff, inner and outer area to eat. It also has a very nice ambiance. It might be challenging for guests on a wheelchair as there are few steps to enter the restaurant. If you are visiting this place with a child, it can also be challenging as it has not enough space inside, and cars and bikes are passing through the street outside.
