• I placed my order via Lieferando at 19:20. • After 40 minutes (20:04), I called the restaurant. They assured me the order would arrive in 10 minutes. • 30 minutes later, with no delivery in sight, I called again at 20:34. This time, they promised it would arrive in 5 minutes. • Another 30 minutes passed, so I called and canceled the order at 20:56. The restaurant agreed but asked me to send proof of my order time via WhatsApp.

Despite being exhausted and hungry, I sent the proof. They didn’t apologize, just responded with, “it’s ok.”

40 minutes later, I received a call from the restaurant. The man was shouting, demanding to know why I canceled the order. I explained that it had taken 100 minutes. In a threatening tone, he repeated my name and told me I was permanently banned from the restaurant. I calmly replied that I had no intention of returning.

So, not only were my guests and I left hungry for 2 hours, but I also received a threatening call from the delivery guy late at night.

I order delivery food from this restaurant and I didn’t expected that it might be SOOO TASTY and WARM 😲🤤 (usually delivery coming cold to me 😑) So before I ate a lot of Middle Eastern cuisine but this one was really WOW. I took pride with a cheese 🧀 🙈🔥 and chicken meat but actually one thing that I was waiting for chicken 🍗 legs and without any rice and vegetables but they put chicken thigh with rice and vegetables but whatever it was really tasty. I definitely recommend this...

Lage: liegt zentral an der Fußgängerzone. Ambiente: Note 2, es ist modern eingerichtet mit einen kleinen Touch Kitsch, der es gemütlich macht, die Sitzecke auf dem ich gesessen habe, war sehr bequem. Sauberkeit: Note 2, Sauberkeit war okay, Tische wurden zeitnah abgeräumt.
