The food is good for a so called ''japanese'' restaurant, but unfortunately the service is worst than slow... 2 times we order there, 1st time 40min waiting (2 people, nobody else in the restaurant), 2de time order via phone for a delivery and (wait for it...) 1h50 waiting... Otherwise as said,...

The staff is rude and inhumane. I had stomach cramps and loose motion. I thought I could use toilet as I spend lot of money here as customers. The girl not only insulted me but also not let me in for toilet. Which is really pathetic, inhuman and...

Die Portionen waren eine absolute Enttäuschung! Das Geld nicht wert! Haben gerade bestellt und sogar meine Freundin, die wirklich nicht viel isst, darf jetzt noch belegtes Brot essen! Das ist bei einer Essensbestellung eine glatte Themaverfehlung! Und das für über 19 Euro pro Portion! Und besonders "exklusiv" hat es entgegen dem Namen der Platte auch nicht geschmeckt!

Tipp die Restaurantführung sollte sich hier nicht immer nur nur bedanken wenn jemand zufrieden ist, sondern auch Kommentare die sich wie ein roter Faden durchziehen beherzigen... Oder sind Sie da etwa von Ihrer Agentur schlecht beraten... Naja vielleicht lassen die dann dafür noch ein paar...
