Really cool open design. The pizzas are big and neopolitan style so if you have a big appetite it's easy to take down one by yourself worst case you come home with a midnight snack etc. The atmosphere is really nice, the service is extremely fast even during peak hours and everyone is very friendly. They also have a lovely view inside and outside on an equally large and aesthetically pleasing wooden terrace posted up above the river. Although, we didn't get to sit on the terrace, it looks like it could get some mosquitoes when the water is low, but tbh I can't confirm it, also I didn't really notice any mosquitoes in Osnabrück even after a hot spell and a pretty impressive thunderstorm. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine, avoid this place at all costs. They might call themselves an “Italian restaurant,” but the food quality is shockingly low. The pasta tasted like it was straight out of a cheap supermarket package, and the pizza was nothing more than a soggy, flavorless mess. The ingredients lacked any freshness, and the dishes were clearly not prepared with any care.
To make matters worse, the service was downright terrible. The staff was rude, inattentive, and lacked basic respect for their customers. We had to wait over an hour for our meal, and when we politely asked for an update, we were met with condescending remarks. No apologies, no effort to make things right – just an unprofessional attitude that made the whole experience even more frustrating.
Overall, this place is an insult to Italian cuisine. Save your time and money, and find somewhere else that actually values its customers and serves real,...
