A beautiful cafe with sensational views over Passau, especially in autumn 🍂. We were lucky, just became a great place at the window. Reservations are unfortunately not possible, but the seats directly at the window are simply breathtaking. The cakes were super tasty and very fresh. The hot chocolate has no Taste at all, the different flavors are hardly to find a different - only when you add a lot of sugar, we would have expected more. Likewise, a lactose-free variant would be desirable. Nevertheless, the staff has been friendly and helpful even if just busy. 👍

The only good thing is the views and the atmosphere. The food is lacking, the paninis aren't warm, it takes forever for the service, and the prices don't match the professionalism of the service. With these prices I would expect professional waiters. Edit: Card payment only from 10€ Edit for Owner Reply: Also when half empty, service only came one time in the hour I was there even though we said we still need just one more minute to decide. Hence we only had ordered one cappuccino which is under 10€ so no card payment (The year is 2025)

Das spezielle, der Boden an der Fensterfront 😉ist aus Glas, wo Mann 45 m in die Tiefe schauen kann 🙈😳😬😱 Die Bedienung war sehr nett, freundlich und beim Fotos 🤭machen behilflich ein Dank dafür. Das kulinarische war auch lobenswert. ...aber... Die Tortenstücke hatten zwar den gleichen Preis (3,50 € ) , aber die Größe war sehr deutlich unterschiedlich. Das Eine hatte eine schöne 😉stattliche Größe 👍 hingegen, das andere Stück war dann nur die Hälfte des anderen, wenn überhaupt 🙈so dass es nicht einmal von selbst auf dem Teller stehen blieb. Das gleiche gab's am Nachbartisch, was mich bewog diesen Sachverhalt zu besprechen, worauf mir labidar erklärt wurde 🤷‍♂️das wäre so...🤔 OK, gleicher Preis ❓halbes Stück... Deswegen, habe ich keine 5 Sterne vergeben können. Vllt. denkt ein Verantwortlicher darüber nach.

Privileged view of Passau. No matter the weather you will get a beautiful view of the city! Food is good. It’s better to go there to grab a coffee and eat some cake than for lunch, but you have also options for that. Bathrooms are in perfect conditions. The service is ok.
