Today, I kicked off my Saturday in style with a delightful Weißwurst (white sausage) breakfast directly at this lively local beer garden. Alongside the sausages, I savored a superbly warm pretzel and an extra helping of sweet mustard—a truly splendid start to the day. To top it off, a refreshingly delicious local Hefeweizen (yeast wheat beer) perfectly complemented the meal.

Surprisingly, even the espresso, which can often be a miss in such casual settings, was pretty good, rounding off our hearty Bavarian breakfast nicely. My mom completed her authentic experience with a classic breakfast, thoroughly enjoying the traditional flavors.

Though the nearby street traffic was quite loud, another round of beers helped us tune out the noise, turning the atmosphere from bustling to cheerfully lively. Our server, Samir, did a fantastic job; his attentive service ensured everything went smoothly. With great food, fine beer, and excellent service, we’re already planning our next visit back...

After reading some reviews we decided to go to this restaurant. We are transiting and wanted to eat somewhere nice. As soon as we walked in we were met with an impolite member. He simply pointed at a table for us to go sit on so we did. Waited for a menu for about 10 minutes before we decided to go very one ourselves. Tried to get someone to come over to take our order but no one would bother even though we raised our hand and made eye contact. After waiting another 15 minutes and watching other people who came after us being served we decided it was best to leave. Either they don't like foreigners or they don't like coloured people or maybe both. Never have I felt like this kind of discrimination in my life and I travel all over Europe multiple times...

Let me tell you something. 🗣️There's no better place to start your stay here in Passau. And it's a dangerous decision - you may not want to go anywhere else. Imagine they bring you roast knee, duck 🦆 and fresh mushroom fox. Can you smell the aromas? Can you choose? Trust me, this decision won't be easy. With one exception - home-brewed beer is the best to drink. 🍺🍻🍺 The staff oscillates to serve all the guests quickly and believe it, there are plenty of people to fit in here.
