0/5 — Very disappointing experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this one is necessary. My visit here was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

After waiting nearly 15 minutes, I was served the wrong order. Mistakes happen, so I politely let the waiter know. He replaced it, but by then I had already waited around 25 minutes altogether.

Unfortunately, things got worse. When I started eating, I found a hair inside the lasagna. Not on top — actually cooked into it. That completely ruined my appetite.

I approached the manager expecting an apology, but instead, I was met with rudeness and zero accountability. He tried to blame me, saying I must not have communicated my order clearly, and even suggested the hair could have been mine. That response was unacceptable.

I left and grabbed food elsewhere. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect clean food and respectful service.

I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously — better hygiene, better communication, and more professionalism from the staff would make a huge difference. As it stands, I cannot recommend...

Amazing pizza and excellent service, probably one of the best pizzerias in Potsdam (next to Avanti) . I have been here often and can highly recommend their diavolo. Their large pizzas are perfect for several people and the dough is freshly baked. Crispy on the outside and soft on the middle. The customer service is friendly and very responsive. They also have an Italian IPA beer that is quite delicious! Honestly, I'm not sure why there are so...

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen dort. Als Vorspeise eine Suppe - fehlanzeige. Dann wollte meine Frau die Nudeln "Arabiata" als kleine Portion. Die Antwort vom Kellner war - Kleine Portion kann ich bringen, kostet aber wie die Grosse. Ok. Dann kamen die Getränke. Dazu wurde uns ein Köbchen mit kalten mit Knblauch und in Öl getränkten Weissbrotscheiben gereicht. Nicht GENIESSBAR. Dann kamen die Nudeln. Von aldente, was man beim Italiener vorraussetzen kann, weit weg. Das ganze hatte dann auch "Null" Geschmack. Es war einfach nur scharf. Werde dort sicher...
