I often visit your shop because your tea is one of the best I’ve tried in Europe. Usually, the service is always excellent: the staff are polite and ask for my preferences, as they have on many of my previous visits. However, recently, I had an unpleasant experience.

I ordered two teas, one of which was part of the loyalty program. The new staff member didn’t ask how I preferred my drinks, even though I’m always asked – I like them without sugar and ice. When I noticed the first tea had sugar and ice, I tried to correct the second drink, but the staff member responded aggressively. She showed clear dissatisfaction and emotionally insisted she was right, even in front of other customers. This was particularly surprising, as I’ve always had a positive experience with your staff.

Even after the issue was resolved, she continued to display her frustration, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

Fortunately, the manager quickly and professionally intervened, correcting my order. His politeness, calm demeanor, and willingness to help deserve special recognition. It’s because of employees like him that I continue to come back.

I acknowledge that I may not have been entirely clear in my speech, as I am learning German and avoid using English. I apologize for that, but I believe staff should maintain respectful and professional communication with customers, even when misunderstandings arise. I hope that situations like this won’t happen again in the future.

Kleiner, aber sehr feiner Combuy Bubble Tea Store. Die Qualität der Getränke und Toppings ist gewohnt hervorragend und kein Vergleich mit anderen Bubble Tea Stores in Potsdam!

Sämtliche Getränke können mit der gewünschten Menge an Zucker (100%, 70%, 50%, 30%) und Eis (normal, weniger, ohne), zuckerfrei (0%) sowie kalt oder warm (50°C, 75°C) bestellt werden. Darüber hinaus gibt es schlichte, aber stabile umweltfreundliche Mehrwegbehälter für 5,80€ pro Stück sowie in einer teureren Design-Variante für 25€ pro Stück zu kaufen. Mit den Mehrwegbehältern erhält man auf jedes Getränk 20 Cent Rabatt und spart Einwegplastik ein! Die Strohhalme werden nicht automatisch ausgegeben, sondern können wahlweise in Plastik, Pappe oder - der Umwelt zuliebe - gar nicht genommen werden. Einziger Kritikpunkt am Design der Mehrwegbehälter: die Strohhalme sind genau so groß, sodass man den Mund spitzen oder den Strohhalm leicht anheben muss, um trinken zu können.

Es existiert eine Vielzahl an Getränkevariationen auf Basis von schwarzem oder grünem Tee, Matcha, Milch (Bio, laktosefrei oder Sojamilch), Eistee (Limette, Erdbeere, Apfel, Ananas, Maracuja) sowie diversen weiteren Sorten. An Toppings gibt es Tapiokaperlen (mein Favorit), Pudding, Aiyu Gelee, schwarzen Reis, Ananas-Kokos-Gelee, Litschi-Gelee, Adzukibohnen (rote Bohnen), Basilikumsamen, Aloe Vera, Hantian-Perlen, Popping Boba, Cream Cheese Teeccino (Rahmkäse-Haube) sowie Taro & Yams - Perlen. Abgerundet wird das Angebot durch saisonale Spezialgetränke.

Das Personal arbeitet schnell, freundlich und ist dank des verwendeten Mikrofons unter der Maske in Kombination mit einem Lautsprecher an der Schutzscheibe gut zu verstehen. Sollte doch mal ein Topping vergessen werden, wird es unkompliziert und zügig nachgefüllt. Beim Besuch des Stores von 12-19 Uhr muss ein Mund-Nasen-Schutz getragen werden.
