Money laundering scheme is now more prominent than ever. Also do not make yourself a coffee here at the Maschine after midday. You will get stomach problems, when the milk and everything just sits there all day long in the heat. Tested sadly too often and always involuntary. Also, if you have heard enough German in Germany, here you will not be bothered by it.

Appendix, no edit of the above: Now I am threatened with lawyers, for telling my experience. To tell me that you have 400 stores and need to switch to 5 euro limit because of fees? That is just laughable. You can get a card terminal in 10 minutes that has totally perfect low fees. You chose the contract, you maybe made a bad decision there I don't know, but with the volume of transfers all your stores you have, there would be a really nice contract for you. Maybe you have that contract and you just chose to only take cards because most your products, as you say, are so cheap that you have to use cash. Again, in 2025. Laughable.

Everyone knows that declining cards in favor of cash, without even adhering to the law of giving everyone a receipt in the hand, is scetchy, you also know this. Again, I did not accuse you of this, I say YOU make it look like this. Big difference. If you are legit, it is all good, but it does not look good. I never got a bill on your business. I never saw anyone take one either. This also of course does not mean that no one ever took or got one. This, again, is my personal experience over many years. I at least made 1.000 purchases there.

For the coffee: just because no one complained about having diarriah, does not mean it did not happen, because guess what, it does happen. To me, to my wife, to a lot of my friends and others I asked. The tubes are nasty in the evening. It only happens when you get one late in the day. Is that imagination or experience?

I understand completely, that you need to protect your business, this here is not slander or anything like that, this is my personal experience. But what you do is just denying everything and telling the opposite and yell lawsuit. Really honorable sounding, yes. That is also really uncool. I'm just a dude that told what I experience.

I am not getting into the part where you boast your cleanliness, that would be bad, just remember that you can see through the shelves behind and see what happens there. If you want to keep that image maybe install some blinds. Or talk to your personnel. I will not go into details, like I said. Please consider this.

My comparison with the service was meant to tell that there is none, which you wrote is true. My issue was that is is still more expensive than a bakery that actually has service. That seems counterintuitive.

I only wrote this review after so many years of using your store, because the woman at the register was cometely disrespectful to me, because I was just so surprised by the sudden 5 euro rule that was never there. There is, again, zero reason to implement this today.

Of you are serious about the bad contract you made with your provider, ateast that this one thing from this: renegotiate a better contract, which, again, is something every little 1 person owned Cafe can have. Then you can provide the good service of taking cards again for most of your products.

Meine Antwort auf ihre Reaktion. Ich glaube sie verwechseln da etwas. Ich habe weder einen Hausverbot von Ihnen erteilt bekommen noch habe ich mich aggressiv mit Ihnen unterhalten. Wenn man in Ihrem Geschäft als Kunde Sitzt bekommt man sehr viel mit !! Nach Ihrer Antwort zu urteilen, verteilen sie wohl gerne Hausverbot. So wie schon von einem anderen hier erzählt der seinen Kaffe wohl Ihrer Meinung nach zu langsam getrunken hat und sie Ihn des Hauses verwiesen haben.

Dem Leiter der dieses Geschäft führt sollte man am besten seine Lizenz wegnehmen. Kundenfreundlichkeit ? Alles andere als das. Kleine Kinder und ältere Herrschaften werden hier nicht gerne gesehen. Schroffes und freches Reden mit der Kundschaft. So etwas habe ich in meinem Lebtag noch nicht erlebt . Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht die Preise sind total überzogen für die Produkte die da angeboten werden. Trocken sogar von Vortag verkaufte Backwaren die nicht dessen gekennzeichnet waren.

Hier kommen wir nicht mehr her und werden dies auch so nicht weiterempfehlen. Mich würde es nicht wundern wenn dieses Geschäft bald...

Weder besonders günstig, noch besonders frisch. Ich gehe dort öfters hin, und werde eigentlich jedesmal enttäuscht. Das HOTdog (Werbeplakat: Hot, Hotter, Hotdog) zum Beispiel war bei 4 Käufen jedesmal kalt, bei den belegten Brötchen sind die Salatgurken und Tomatenscheiben sehr oft schrumplig, und die Brötchen offensichtlich alt. Also wirklich so deutlich, dass man aus eigener Erfahrung sagen kann, die Ware ist älter als 1–2 Tage. Mag sein, dass alles frisch belegt ist, aber wenn man alte Ware frisch belegt, dann ist das Quatsch. Und dafür finde ich die Preise dann zu hoch. Vielleicht hatte ich auch einfach nur Pech mit meiner Auswahl, aber ich war jetzt schon öfters dort, und hatte immer den Eindruck, dass das was ich gekauft habe, nicht ganz frisch ist. Insofern bin ich unzufrieden mit der angebotenen Qualität ABER: Sehr gut sind die Mitarbeiter, die Hygiene, die Räumlichkeiten und natürlich auch schon auch das ein oder andere Essen dort.
