Food wasn’t good. There’s a better Indian restaurant in Rostock than this one in Grubenstrasse. Honestly I felt that I could have cooked even better. The vegetarian briyani tastes so awful I only had 3 spoonful and threw the rest. The vegetables were clearly from the frozen packet where you can grab from the supermarket. All I tasted was that, and some curry powder mixed with the rice. No flavor of spices or even onions! Absolute shambles. Came to the restaurant to taste real Indian food but it’s super disappointing. Service isn’t great either. The owners doesn’t appreciate the presence of the guests and we felt unwelcome. However, the waiter was nice and friendly. Food is really good. I'm not complaining anything. But the service was poor. Initially, a lady came and made a strange look. We're humans. At least one should smile. Maybe her nature . But if a person coming to a restaurant he/she satisfied by welcoming. After that helping the guests with menu card. If any of these fails how one can eating heartily.
