Kreutz Eis und Kaffee — Restaurant in Saarlouis

The interior and decor was awesome but was unfortunately eclipsed by the dreadful attitude of this waitress. I came here for a sunday breakfast with my friend, I arrived at 10:34. Outdoors was almost full and noisy so i went in and hoped for quieter area, i liked the interior and i already spotted 4 empty tables inside, a waitress came up to me and asked if i had a reservation, i said no, the waitress seemed irritated about that, she responded then you need to sit outside, however her attitude was very negative, so i decided to go somewhere else, where i feel more welcomed. I work as a doctor, needless to say Covid is still a threat, what's the purpose of squeezing more...

The best customer service. I should appreciate them for their friendly and kindness customer service. I highly recommend them for the most excellent coffee shop within the area! I’m so grateful that at last, I was able to discover this spot after having bad experience at another coffee shop at this area. Eigentlich wollte ich dem Kreutz Café nochmal eine zweite Chance geben, da ich beim letzten mal schon sehr enttäuscht war. Erstmals warteten wir 25 min, bis einer kam um unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Zudem andere Leute die früher da waren immer zuerst dran kamen. Wir bestellten einen Frozen Chai Latte, Capuccino, eine Cherry Waffel und einen Joghurtbecher. Nach 20 min kamen die Getränke. Beim Capuccino soweit alles in Ordnung. Mein Chai latte, wie beim letzten mal nur mit Wasser und wahrscheinlich noch ein kleiner Schuss Milch…Beim Joghurtbecher der nach 30 min kam war auch alles in Ordnung, jedoch ist es einfach ein Unding der einen Person das Essen hinzustellen und die andere Person noch warten zu lassen?! Nach 50min hat meine Begleitung dann gesagt bekommen es gäbe kein Waffelteig mehr? Im Normalfall schaut man direkt danach. Als wir bezahlen wollten sind wir nach vorne an die Theke, die aussah als wäre eine Bombe eingeschlagen, überall Geschirr und Dreck, und nen benutzten Aschenbecher auf der Theke. Da es nicht das erste mal ist mit so einer negativen Erfahrung hier, wird es auch das letzte mal jetzt sein. Leider mehr...
