The service at this restaurant was deeply disappointing. The waiter seemed perpetually unhappy, greeting us with a frown that made the experience unwelcoming from the start. Even though we had a reservation and arrived just ten minutes early due to light traffic, we were not allowed to be seated. Instead, we were curtly told, "You're too early." Once we were finally seated, the delays were unacceptable. We placed our order promptly but ended up waiting an excruciating hour and a half for our food. Considering the simplicity of the dishes, it’s hard to understand why it took so long. When I ordered an ensalada—pronouncing it in Spanish—the waiter claimed, "We don’t have that." I had to show her the item on the menu to clarify. Even worse, when the food finally arrived, one item was missing because the waiter forgot to write it down. This mistake caused yet another delay. The drinks and food were served in a rushed, almost dismissive manner, which made us feel unwelcome throughout the meal. We chose this restaurant hoping for a warm atmosphere, good drinks, and enjoyable food. Unfortunately, the poor service completely ruined the experience and fell far short of our expectations. I strongly suggest that management take steps to improve their service standards. Staff should be better trained in professionalism, attentiveness, and customer care. We recently visited Hombre Mexican Food & Cocktail Bar in Schweinfurt, and it was a fantastic experience! The moment you step in, you're greeted by a warm and vibrant atmosphere that instantly transports you to Mexico. The menu is packed with authentic Mexican dishes, each bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. Waren schon 3-mal insgesamt dort essen und ich sag’s, wies ist: UNGERN WIEDER:

Waren oft genug da, um dem Restaurant noch eine zweite und sogar dritte Chance zu geben, aber leider immer wieder enttäuschend.

Die ältere Kellnerin ist jedes Mal aufs Neue wieder unfassbar unfreundlich und unangenehm. Ich trinke Getränke nicht gerne mit Eis, besonders nicht in der kalten Jahreszeit, und wenn ich einen "Eistee ohne Eis" bestelle durfte ich mir schon mehrfach anhören, dass es sowas nicht gibt, deswegen heiße es ja Eistee. Ich verstehe nicht, wieso man nicht einfach das Eis im Glas weglässt und damit den Wusch des Kunden erfüllt, sondern immer wieder das diskutieren anfängt.

Wir kamen an und wurden platziert, ich saß noch nicht ganz und hatte noch meine Winterklamotten an, da fragte uns die alte Kellnerin schon, was wir trinekn bzw. essen wollen. Ich sagte, dass wir noch einen Moment brahcten. Nach nur " Minuten kam sie mit den pampigen Worten "Wisst ihr denn mittlerweile mal, was ihr essen wollt?!" zurück. Mir fehlten die Worte und ich suchte noch schnell was raus. Sowas unprofessionelles!

Darüber hinaus hat selbstgemachte der Zitroneneistee das letzte Mal vergoren geschmeckt. Nachdem ich das ZWEIMAL angemerkt hatte und jedes Mal einfach das gleiche - immer noch vergoren schmeckende - Getränk wieder bekommen habe, bekam ich von der mittlerweile sehr genervten jungen Kellnerin nur pampig entgegengerufen, das mit dem Eistee alles in Ordnung sei und es wohl an meinem fehlenden Geschmack liegen müsste, dass es vergoren schmeckt. Habe dann vom durchaus freundlichen und kompetenten Bar-Mann ein komplett neues Getränk bekommen, was dann besser war.

Das Essen ist okay. Habe bist jetzt zwei Mal Fajitas gegessen, die wirklich sehr lecker, aber auch recht teuer sind. Die Tacos beim letzten Mal waren sehr enttäuschend und auch nicht mehr wirklich warm.

Im Restaurant selbst ist es zudem super kalt. Ich bin normalerweise nicht besonders kälteempfindlich aber da ziehts einfach und das ist echt unangenehm im Winter, wenn man sich eigentlich reins ins "Warme" setzten will. Egal wo, ob im Großen Raum, oben am Fenster oder direkt am eingang rechts im kleinen Raum, nicht schön!

Alles in allem ist das Restaurant okay, mehr aber auch leider nicht. Hätte mehr Potenzial, wenn der Grundsatz "KUNDE IST KÖNIG!" mehr geschätzt...
