Fráula Café — Restaurant in Sindelfingen

Very cute café, nice looking furniture and both the place and the food are very well presented. Unfortunately the pancakes, waffles and hot chocolate we ordered did not taste as good as they looked. They were very sour, as if an ingredient too much had been added, and the pancakes were uncooked. It could have been just an unfortunate time, wrong day wrong place type of thing, but both the food and the hot chocolate were not edible. When leaving, right as we stepped our foot through the door we took some medicine for our stomach as we were already feeling nauseous. Again, the place looks really nice and maybe their specialty is continental breakfast instead of American, but if you want some good pancakes, this is NOT the right place. Perfect place for breakfast! But not only!

You can choose from few different options of breakfast, eat only pancake or waffles. You can ask about eggs or omelet too. You can try Greek wine from Kreta, coffe or tea. There is many different sorts of tea. Next time I will try wine and cheese plate 🤤

First when you come inside it looks like shop and bakery. Next the owner/menager showed us where we can sit. The style inside its something what I really like! Cosy, modern, elegant - you feel like in home! We chose to sit outside.

All staff, waitress and the owner/menager are unbelievable pleasant! I emphasize this so much, because in not many places is it like there 👌 On the end we ask for some help to choose this two wine bottles to home and we get some free cake to try! Found this place due to a recommendation of a friend and the food and interior do not disappoint. They have a huge selection of ready made cakes, pastries (savory and sweet) to go and an extensive breakfast/lunch menu. You can even rent out part of their beautifully furnished cafe and host an event or birthday there.

They also have a terrace which will be beautiful in spring and summer. Parking in front is difficult but the Marktplatz garage is right next to it. Payment is possible via cash or card.

The only thing why I did not give 5 stats was the service. The waiter seemed stressed, forgot part of our order and did not ask if we wanted to drink something else. I will definitely back and see if the service improved and change my review...
