Extrem unfreundlicher Service – absolute Enttäuschung! Ich war heute Morgen zweimal in der Kamps-Filiale im Solinger Bahnhof und wurde von der Mitarbeiterin mehrfach sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Beim ersten Besuch um 8 Uhr wollte ich mir einen Cappuccino zum Mitnehmen bestellen und bat darum, vorher auf die Toilette zu gehen. Die Antwort war extrem arrogant und respektlos. Beim zweiten Besuch gegen 11 Uhr bat ein älterer Herr höflich darum, die Toilette zu benutzen, woraufhin die Mitarbeiterin ihn ebenfalls unfreundlich und von oben herab behandelte. Als ich später eine Frage zur Kartenzahlung stellte, reagierte sie wieder unhöflich und versuchte, Macht auszuspielen. Solch ein Verhalten ist inakzeptabel!
