We didn't try warm dishes but only sushi and sashimi. The portion was just right for 2 of us, although I noticed that the sushi and rolls were a bit smaller than the other Asian restaurant. Also the rolls were not finely made according to Japanese sushi chef standard. However, the price was reasonable. About the service and staffs....... The staffs were friendly but still need more training. The night we were there was almost full house, since we had reservation, we were quickly been led to our table and got the menu. It was a bit tricky and confusing for us in ordering food. First, there were at least 3 standing next to the bar, and 2 were walking around to take care of the bills for the other tables, anyway, we had to wait for a young man to take our order while the others were standing there doing nothing/ I don't know what, I even saw there were 2 staffs taking the photos of themselves because they had Xmas deco on their head. Can they do that after business hour? or when all the guests have been attentively served? I was going to give 2 stars to the service, fortunately, they have earned one more star at the end for taking care our bill in the reasonable time frame. Btw, I didn't like the Jasmine tea I've ordered. The way the tea was presented was not good for brewing the tea, when the water temperature is not hot enough, the aroma can't fully be extracted out. Also the tea bowl was sticky outside that I can hardly hold it up.

My wife and I went here with another couple and their daughter as she was heading back to the states to attend college in the fall. They picked this place out, but another co-worker and his wife have dined at this place several times. So, I was finally glad to give it a try. The menu is quite extensive with lots of sushi options. They also offer a variety of bowls to try. My wife and I ordered the Ha Cao, which is a Vietnamese dish of steamed dumplings, and some shrimp tempura sushi as I am a novice when it comes to sushi. For the mains, my wife ordered the Charlie Brown bowl, which is a creamy peanut and coconut curry sauce with mushrooms, pumpkin, pineapple, and salmon over rice. She loved her meal. I went with the Tonkotsu Ramen with pork with Japanese noodles and an egg. My meal was just an average Ramen compared to others I have had. We enjoyed a glass of Chardonnay with our dinner. The surroundings are lovely with outdoor and indoor dining. Parking in front can be tricky, but there is also parking behind the restaurant as it is part of a hotel. Check this place out as they specialize in sushi, which I am still learning about.

I came here with some colleagues from work for lunch. Service There were 11 of us and one server. I can definitely tell we put a little stress on her but she did an amazing job. Very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Food I ordered the Special Ginger Tea, Fried Shrimp Sushi, and the Charlie Brown with Duck. The tea was very refreshing and the presentation was great. Only thing I would say is have a spoon with it to stir. The portions were very big and definitely will fill you up. The Charlie Brown was amazing. Very flavorful, a little sweet but it was done very well. Especially the duck that was very crispy and delicious. An issue happened with the sushi where it may have gotten the incorrect one. I did try the Spring rolls and it was definitely my favorite. I had more than a few to make sure they weren't any left. Recommendation This is the best restaurant I have been to since living in Stuttgart. I recommend it more than you can imagine. Plus I took plenty of pictures to verify. Make sure you try the Spring rolls. Also their presentation is on another level.
