Belvedere Café & Bistrot — Restaurant in Stuttgart

Bad experience all round, brezel stand AND Belvedere -Wilhelma had advertisement boards outside, upon arrival they told us they were closed and that we werent allowed to sit outside. The brezel place was also closed randomly. The adverts said it was open until 17h , but they sent us away. Every interaction with staff in belvedere and wilhelma in general was very aggressive, as we are not german speakers, and the staff wouldnt let us finish our sentences when responding ( almost yelling). For future guests, make sure you bring food and do not trust the advertised...

Best cafe/restaurant location inside Wilhelma. Silent with a wonderful view. Unfortunately the service is negatively unreachable. The management must be a combination of zero motivation and lack of experience. Two times we have been sent away, even we got a free table, because the service has been overloaded. Self-service at the counter wasn't allowed, even the staff there wasn't very busy. The Italian bistro concept could have been very nice. The positive thing is from here, it only...

Ich besuche dieses Café nun schon seit einiger Zeit regelmäßig, besonders sonntags. Es ist inzwischen für mich ein fester Wohlfühl-Ort geworden – die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich, die Auswahl lecker und die Qualität der Speisen sowie Getränke immer konstant gut

Was mich jedoch tief bewegt: Immer wieder sehe ich, wie wenig Mitarbeitende das Café stemmen – wie sie trotz der vielen Gäste alles geben, oft bis zur Erschöpfung, und dabei trotzdem jedem Menschen ein Lächeln schenken. Es tut mir wirklich weh, das mit anzusehen, weil ich sehe, wie aufopferungsvoll und hingebungsvoll sie sind. In solchen Momenten wünsche ich mir nichts sehnlicher, als dass dieses wundervolle Team noch mehr Unterstützung bekommt. Sie hätten es so sehr verdient, entlastet zu werden, damit sie weiter mit so viel Herzblut für uns da sein können.

Ich möchte deshalb ausdrücklich betonen, wie sehr ich den Service und die Freundlichkeit schätze. Vielleicht wäre es schön, wenn das Café gerade an den stark besuchten Tagen wie Sonntag etwas mehr Unterstützung für das Team hätte – ich glaube, es würde sowohl den Mitarbeitern als auch den Gästen guttun.
