Bo's Burger & Bar — Restaurant in Stuttgart

My girlfriend Ines and I went on another Taste Twelve adventure, this time to Bo's Burger. After a long day of shopping I was feeling particularly hangry. We trekked across Stuttgart and were rewarded with an amiable and shady table to rest. Naturally, we first ordered refreshments.

The rosemary lemonade had an ok flavor that Ines didn't quite like. It also wasn't chilled properly, so I had to wait for the ice to do its job before I could refresh myself.

We ordered two chicken burgers with the intention to share them, and the staff was kind enough to replace a beef patty with a crispy chicken patty on our request. I found the honey mustard burger to be fresh and the chicken was perfectly crispy. Ines absolutely loved it from start to end.

Feeling adventurous, I ordered the nacho cheese burger. The idea of chips on my burger took me back to my childhood when I put chips in my hot pockets. Unfortunately, the chips went unnoticed in the burger. Perhaps they became too soggy from the sauce or just appeared absent beside the crispiness of the chicken. I found that the curry in the nacho cheese was overpowering and took away from the nacho cheese flavor I was expecting.

Overall the chicken sandwiches were very decent. The chicken itself, while exquisitely crispy, could've been juicery and more tender.

The sweet potato fries were exceptional due to their crispiness. Often sweet potato fries come out soggy, but not here. The halloumi fries, however, were severely lacking in flavor. It's hard for me to point out exactly what was wrong with them, but it didn't bring me the joy I usually experience when eating halloumi.

One of best quality burger that I have ever had. The patty tastes high quality meat and the most important, they ask how to cock it and they do it just excellent. I love medium juicy patty, and I could not be more happy with the cock of my burger. The sauce and all ingredients are just perfect. The house fries are a bit boring and not very crispy but I would recommend sweet potato fries. They are delicious! I have already tried a few times the food here as a take away and a few time seat in. All in all very good experience with the service, friendly and quite fast. Absolutely recommend this place and if you are in Stuttgart you should not miss it. You will love it.

Amazing Burger, super tasty and amazing choices.

The Veggie Burger is a true highlight as it’s made of grilled Veg & Egg - a bit like a Spanish Tortilla.

On request you get the Burger without Bread (Low Carb Option) and instead with a very tasty salad.

Halloumi Fries? Never had those? Try them. They’re amazing. Or go for Sweet Potato fries.
