It was great from the start! The reservation process via the website was super easy, and I really appreciated the excellent follow-up since I had a special request. From the moment we entered the restaurant to the very end of the evening, we felt genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable, and on the rare occasion he wasn’t sure about something, he quickly checked with the kitchen - a sign of real professionalism. The food? Outstanding. While the menu is small, it’s curated in a way that offers a variety of exciting flavors - perfect for sharing! Every single dish was top notch, but the artichoke croquettes and ceviche “high fidelity” were absolute standouts for me. When you enter High Fidelity you feel like you're in an exclusive lounge. The green walls the comfortable atmosphere really makes it special. When you sit down you're given an expansive wine list that ranges from $-$$$ depending on your taste and wallet. All of the wines we tried were wonderful and unique. The food was an amazing experience as well. The chaufa was perfectly seasoned and tasty. The pulpo olivo was incredible with subtle flavor, but amazing taste. The empanadas were amazing and full of flavor and truly felt like I was biting into a bit of heaven. The star of the show was the Tres Leches cake it was silky smooth and tons of flavor. I would recommend anyone to go and grab a glass of wine or four and relax with the mellow music in the background and enjoy a true Peruvian experience...

We arrived at 21.50 in a rainy night, because we saw on the net that the kitchen closes at 22.30. We were told that the kitchen was closed, we showed the relevant page with the information and they told us it was a mistake in the English version. They told us we could have wine and cheese, we ordered wine, the cheese we ordered was out of stock, there was only Roquefort which of course didn't match with the lightly sweet wine we had ordered and in addition this cheese soon melted.
