More like: 60 minutes to get your waiters attention. We had a booking for two and mentioned this upon arrival. The lady who welcomed us after 5 minutes of us waiting at the entrance asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside (we mentioned inside as it was getting late and colder) after which she told us inside was full and we could choose a table outside. This defeats the purpose of a reservation.

The waiter who helped us outside was totally not welcoming, nor professional and hardly said 3 words during our stay. The staff were barely outside which led to us waiting for our 2 drinks for almost 20min and we explicitely had to ask for our pizzas to be prepared since they didnt bother checking if our starters were finished. (same for others outside) The waiter never asked for more drinks/if everything was fine/ never cleaned our table after finishing starters which led to us having a full table full of used dishes. We heard the waiter sigh very loud about 5 times for no reason which can be annoying, especially when done in your back… Other staff were more welcoming in a sense.

Overall very dissapointing since the inside looked like it had a very warm atmosphere, especially since the food was not bad at all. We would like to try another time but maybe in a different location, hoping to feel more welcome. Explicitely asking for a 10% tip is rude when not a single gesture of sympathy was shown...

Went there on a weekday afternoon. Wanted to try the July- Aug specialty: Truffle Pasta in a Pizza Bowl.

Waiter came after 10 mins although it wasn’t really full. We ordered both drinks and food (the mentioned one and another pizza). Drinks came within few mins.

After waiting for 20ish minutes, waiter came to tell us that the pizza bowl was sold out. Interesting that they didn’t know it at first. I then ordered a truffle pizza instead, but my mood was already ruined.

So apparently after waiting for some 20 mins, they “took my new order” which means I had to wait again.

In the end both pizzas came after almost 50 mins of waiting. Was the food amazing? No, rather ordinary, and not worthwhile especially when we had to pay 60 Euros for the whole experience.

I felt like there was a lack of communication among the team, causing issues with customers’ orders. Heard that another waiter took the order of truffle pasta bowl of another customer, again not knowing it was sold out already.

With the amount of money being charged in the restaurant, the service simply does not match, and the food barely.

Thank you for the experience, but not ever...

Reservations have been booked for the weekend evenings, so we decided to check out the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Got a table easy.

I ordered the Vegan Beef Chimichurri pizza. Big chunks of vegan beef and chimichurri looked hastily thrown upon the pizza. The dough was the worst part of it, as it was undercooked. I ate different sections of the crust, and while the thinner parts tasted all right, the thicker parts was doughy. I ate maybe 1/4 of my pizza. My partner’s pizza was fine.

The waiter came towards the end of the meal and asked if I wanted to take the rest home. I said no, he asked why, and I said the pizza wasn’t good. I explained to him while some parts of the dough was all right, a lot of it wasn’t. He touched the part of the pizza that was doughy and didn’t really say anything. He asked again if I wanted it packed up. Um, sir, definitely not after you touched the pizza.

We had to pay for the whole meal, which really disappointed me because I couldn’t even finish my pizza. We didn’t...

We know this restaurant from Berlin and their pizza has always been delicious. This time we had the Margherita and the Margherita with burrata cheese and both were great. I can recommend them. There is one issue. You can make reservations via Google Maps but the restaurant does not seem to accept them directly at the booked time. My suggestion is that if you want to welcome spontaneous walk in customers without reservations you should turn off the Google Maps reservation system so people can simply drop in. Otherwise if you do accept reservations it does not make sense to keep people waiting outside at their booked time. Last time there were empty tables inside but many people were waiting in front of the restaurant and maybe these three or four tables stayed empty for around thirty minutes. Lastly, for our order we waited more than forty five minutes. We only ordered two pizzas and waiting that long is not normal. The pizzas were delicious, but time is important too.

Better than the average pizza in stuttgart (not difficult to be honest) but... For 12 and 15 euros it would be nice to have properly round pizzas (see pic 1) and possibly not burnt on the bottom (see pic 2). Also, i didnt like the attitude of the waitress. What's the point of asking the client their opinion if you can't cope with the answer? Lecturing people that have years of experience in baking pizzas that "this is a napoletana and it's meant to be burnt" (see pic) does not encourage you to give it another try. For a pizzeria with napoli in the name, the menu was rather disappointing with very few "traditional" pizzas and a lot of locally influenced debatable choices. Speaking of influencing, finding the "influencer choice" on the menu was a bit cringe EDIT: visited again to give another chance, had the same issues with the burnt pizza (see pic 3), minus the waitress attitude. I give up and won't go back
