My recent visit to Vinayaga Restaurant with four friends was nothing short of a disaster. I can't emphasize enough just how terrible our experience was.
First and foremost, We were not any freedom to choose a dining table even though plenty of the free tables were available. The restaurant suffered from a severe lack of staff. This was immediately apparent as we waited an unreasonably long time just to be seated. Once we were finally seated, it quickly became evident that the staff shortage extended to the kitchen. Our orders took ages to arrive at our table, and when they did, the food was cold and unappetizing. It was as if the kitchen had completely lost control of the dining experience.
What added insult to injury was the refusal to pack our leftover food. The waiter informed us that we needed to do it ourselves. This is unacceptable for any restaurant, and it reflects a complete disregard for customer service.
Speaking of the waiter, their attitude was nothing short of rude and inconsiderate. It felt like we were a burden to them, and they made no effort to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.
To make matters worse, the seating arrangements were cramped and uncomfortable. It was impossible to have a private or enjoyable meal with such limited seating freedom.
In summary, my visit to Vinayaga Restaurant was an absolute nightmare due to the lack of staff, cold food, the refusal to pack leftovers, impolite service, and uncomfortable seating. It's evident that this restaurant has serious issues to address, and I strongly advise against dining here until they make significant improvements.This one is first Restaurant where I had one of the bad experience in Germany.

Firstly, it was apparent that your restaurant was understaffed, which led to delays in service. We had to wait a considerable amount of time to place our order, receive our food, and subsequently request our bill.
After finishing our meal, we asked the waiter to pack our leftover food so we could take it home. The manager, who was present, instructed the waiter to prioritize other guests over us. This happened in our direct presence, which we found to be disrespectful.
We had to call for staff assistance five times before our request to receive our bill and pack our food was finally addressed. Despite this, we were made to wait an additional 25 minutes.
Furthermore, when we inquired for the sixth time, the waiter's response was quite rude. He made a dismissive comment and told us to pack the leftover food ourselves.

In google, it says they are open till 2.30 so he says "See our store timing, not Google timing" - This person doesn't understand that he/the store owner would have put the timings online! (Google doesn't assume!). It is fine if there is a difference, but understand that someone visiting for the first time would go by online results. The bad service doesn't end here, the waiter offered to provide a takeaway if I want, I obliged because of the mistake of being there already. This restaurant only excepts local cards!!! I used a card that worked in 13 other countries and this was the first time it didn't work, and again our rude waiter says we only accept local cards since they expect local customers only!!
