Tea House in Weissenburg Park — Restaurant in Stuttgart

I don't know why the rating is so high, to be honest... the place is unique, the building is beautiful and the location is stunning with panoramic views. However, the establishment itself was disappointing... there were a lot of people, the line ended outside, after standing in line and placing an order, it turned out that you can't pay with cards issued by European banks (visa, mastercard). And this was not stated anywhere in advance. You can't pay via IBAN and business payment details either, which seems strange. There are no ATMs nearby, of course.

The toilet, although it is paid (there is a box with payment at the entrance), is, to put it mildly, in a terrible state... From the outside, on the first glance it may seem that everything is fine, but inside, in a stall, there are dozens of spiders on the low ceiling, and centipedes are crawling on the floor...

The parking lot is completely packed and it is almost impossible to find a place after lunch on a weekend.

Frustrating... the location is amazing, but the establishment doesn't match it...

We‘ve often come here with the family but given what happened I’m not sure if Google will let me post the full review but here’s a brief reworded summary:

The service was rude to ourselves and the customers in front but having said we were from London the man just proceeded to launch into a vile racist rant saying:

"Are there any English left in England -London is lost - It’s all the p-words -with all the stabbings“

This is the same rhetoric our area in London recently faced from far-right thugs it was shocking and a testament to a certain political history of the area.

It’s only white far-right thugs who are rioting and attacking our communities in London, utterly rank behaviour would not recommend giving this man...

The 'Teehaus' is located in the hills surrounding Stuttgart. To visit this place take for example U12 to Dürrlewang and exit at station Bopser. Take the stairways and leave trainstation on the leftside. Follow the street until the next sharp curve and you will see some information signs. You have to climb the small hill but on top you will find 'Teehaus' and meadows to sit there to enjoy sunset. Toilets are also here and the waiters are quite fast. The meals always looks delicious. A wonderful place to spent time with friends. Last order is 22:30 and the 'Teehaus' is closed at 23:00 due to...
