Mozart3 — Restaurant in Stuttgart

Nice local and pretentious menu. Food: Decent for a learning home cook, but poor level for a professional kitchen. Low quality of some ingredients. Starters: burrata with poorly seasoned, overcooked beetroot, salmon tartar with unripe avocado and too much onion, which completely killed the salmon taste. Mains: risotto with seafood, tastewise ok, but served with mussels incl. shells in a tiny soup plate, so that there's no room to leave the shells and the guest needs to dig in searching for rice. Any cook should immediately notice this is not the way to serve this dish. Seafood (two shrimps, some calamari and mussels) was not fresh. Ravioli with pumpkin sauce and mango, taste was correct, mango unripe and the ravioli edges dry. Could not try a dessert, since they forgot our order. Drinks: nice wine choice. Both bottles (water and wine) were brought to the table already open. This just leaves a bad impression. Service: not caring at all, unorganized and overwhelmed. It took 20 minutes for them to notice our empty plates so that we could order coffee and dessert (during this time I had to stand up and take the menu myself). Bill and dessert were never brought despite having asked for it, so after extra 20 minutes I had to stand up a second time and pay 85€ (2 persons) at the bar. After this miserable experience the service even dared to ask if everything was good and offered a Grappa which I declined....

So disappointing. Rarely do I leave a bad review as I like to focus on uplifting amazing restaurants, but I felt this was warranted. We came on a Thursday evening with a reservation to celebrate our honeymoon. We were seated quickly but that's where the swiftness ends. We ordered tapas, ravioli and schnitzel. We waited an hour - The latter two never came. All we ended up getting was 5 shrimp and a partial sausage with two cokes and a water for €40.90. This was after watching the tables seated after us get their food...

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, und der Service ist von höchster Qualität. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut umsorgt.

Die Mitarbeiter und besonders Ali sind sehr kenntnisreich und helfen gerne bei der Auswahl des perfekten Weins, der zu den Gerichten passt. Die Weinkarte bietet eine breite Palette an regionalen und internationalen Weinen, die die Geschmackserlebnisse noch weiter bereichern.

Darüber hinaus ist das Mozart3 auch für seine exzellente Präsentation der Gerichte bekannt. Jedes Gericht wird mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet und ist ein wahrer Augenschmaus. Die Kombination von Geschmack, Textur und Ästhetik macht das Essen zu einem ganzheitlichen Erlebnis.

Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant und die Weinbar Mozart3 wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man sich verwöhnen lassen und eine unvergessliche kulinarische Reise...
