Since I moved to Tübingen, I loved their burgers. But over this year, their food quantity has been affected and they are unable to handle loads of customers. I ordered from them on 23 April 2024, a chicken cheese burger and chilli cheese fries. They gave me my order after about 1hr and 15 mins. They kept sending orders out for online delivery. Also when I went home with my order there was literally so less cheese on my fries, wouldn’t call them chilli cheese fries 😂 I ordered again from them yesterday ( 13 May’24 ) and I always order their chilli cheese fries but yesterday I did not because I was not sure if they would add cheese or not. Also they DO NOT WEAR GLOVES while working!!! Please I once found HAIR IN MY FRIES!!!!!!!! Please wear caps and gloves while working hygiene is IMPORTANT

Ooo.. the double cheese beef burger is my favorite. The more you think about it, the better it tastes :-) amazing! Indeed the very best in town. Please don't eat chicken burger. If the owner reads this review, may be he can think about changing the chicken burger recipe. It's really the worst burger ever. I travel from Reutlingen, only for this burger - never got anything for free though 😔 P.S. I have been with over 20-25 friends on different occasions, everyone loved beef burger. No one ever liked chicken. So the owner needs to rethink about recipe. French fries also taste good. Just perfectly fried. Not too hard, not too soft and just at right temperature. Drinks options are limited though. Hope it only improves from here .. all the best to the owner

What's more, the French fries were served piping hot, which is a rarity in many fast food joints. Despite our group being comprised of four people, our orders were prepared and served simultaneously, making the entire process seamless. The only thing to keep in mind is that the restaurant only accepts cash payments, so be sure to bring some with you. Overall, I would highly recommend Salam Burger to anyone looking for a delicious and welcoming fast food experience.

Went there yesterday. First impressions: guy at the burger counter looked at me and went right back to making burgers, guess he didn't have the time to say hello. Guy processing the bills looked at me a little longer and muttered something along the lines of "what do you want", whilst taking ages to process payment for the couple before me. Said to me, "Ja, warte". After they left, guy left too. Then I stood there like an idiot for five minutes whilst both guys were busy talking, cooking, cleaning and largely ignoring me, even though it was clear I had been standing right at the place where you're supposed to place orders. Overall, I waited for some 7-10 minutes, getting treated as if I didn't exist, and then decided my time could be better spent going to another place. Maybe the food here really is good, but I'll...
