The Pizzas was very good on the first time but on the second time the pizzas were all not completely baked. The dow was still raw and mushy at the bottom. Was quite a busy day, so I think that maybe you let an inexperienced helper to bake the pizza. It can happen.
But as an advice! But that shouldn't happen if you want to maintain your reputation. That's why i came to you first of all, because of your good reputation!
People come to you for a good pizza, because of your reputation, so you mustn't disappoint them. If not people lose trust and go elsewhere and will talk about it for sure.
But in general it was ok. I will come again, I am not writing you off, but I hope that I don't get a half baked pizza again.
